If a course is cancelled, CORE College will refund a student’s fees in full. A refund of all or part of the course fee or concession fee may be granted in the following circumstances:
CORE College is committed to supporting students and has a comprehensive Complaints, and Appeals Policy for resolving any issues you may encounter throughout the term of your studies.
A verbal or written expression of dissatisfaction with any of CORE College’s services, processes and/or activities.
CORE College encourages open communication and an environment of trust. Complainants are encouraged to resolve concerns or difficulties informally with the person(s) concerned in the first instance.

If your matter has not been resolved to your satisfaction, you can lodge a formal complaint.
Formal complaints are to be submitted to the CORE College Manager by completing the Complaints & Appeals Form.

A Student’s enrolment is completed when all the following steps have been completed, submitted and approved by the CORE College Administration Manager:
All students have a right to access their personal information, subject to certain exceptions provided for in the Privacy Act. If a student requires access to their personal information, please contact the CORE College Manager. For security reasons, the student will be required to put their request in writing as well as provide proof of their identity.
CORE College is required to keep student enrolment details and assessment records for thirty (30) years.
Disability Support In keeping with the principles of accessibility and equity, and in accordance with their responsibilities as defined under the Disability Discrimination Act 1992, CORE College is committed to ensuring that all Student s are supported in achieving their goals. Where barriers exist for students in relation to access, participation and learning outcomes, CORE College will work with the student to ensure fair and equitable access and best possible opportunity to attain outcomes are achieved. CORE College also works in partnership with support organisations that specialise in assisting people with additional needs.
Language, Literacy and Numeracy CORE skills are critical to all workplaces in Australia. The Australian CORE Skills Framework (ACSF) describes each of the five core skills being learning, reading, writing, oral communication and numeracy. Throughout the enrolment process CORE College will get an indication of where your CORE Skills are at by using an LLN Indication Tool. This is to ensure that CORE College are enrolling students in the correct level qualification to what their CORE Skill levels are at. When it is indicated that a student may have lower-level CORE Skills, CORE College will assist Students by:
